The terms “us”, “we”, “our”, refer to Latin American Matrix, Inc.
- Website Visitors. Like most website operators, Latin American Matrix collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Latin American Matrix visitors use its website. From time to time, Latin American Matrix may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
- Latin American Matrix also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our sites. Latin American Matrix only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
- Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information. Certain visitors to Latin American Matrix websites choose to interact with Latin American Matrix in ways that require Latin American Matrix to gather personally-identifying information. - Please beware of questions that appear to be from us; but are not. For example, when visiting our site you may occasionally see a question saying “Latin American Matrix would like to know your location..”. This question is not from us; it is from a browser company, such as Firefox. If you are not comfortable sharing your location, simply decline to do so.
- Cookies. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Like most sites in the internet, Latin American Matrix uses cookies to help track visitors, their usage of Latin American Matrix website, and their website access preferences.
